- Maximum loan term of up to 30 years.
- 100% Offset Account available with 0.10% loading to the applicable rate.
- Maximum Single Borrow Exposure is $2,500,000.00 ($2,000,000 if Regional securities).
- Minimum 12 month ABN registration with 2 years of similar industry experience.
- Equity release available up to 80% LVR with only written confirmation from Applicant for purpose (ex ATO debt).
- NDIS securities may be accepted using 50% of the actual rental subject to evidence of a 5 year rental/lease and with a 70% maximum LVR.
- Vacant land or construction unavailable with this product – available through the Vogue program.
- No notional rent for servicing (letter from Applicant to confirm living rent-free with family required)
- OFI statements not required for loans not being refinanced using actual repayments in servicing.
