  • Product includes Offset Account, BPAY®, Internet Banking, ATM/EFTPOS access, Redraw.
  • ^Interest Only (Investment) available for up to 5 years with 90% for Investment & 80% Owner Occupied
  • Lenders Mortgage Insurance is payable by the Borrower for LVR’s over 80%.
  • Debt to Income Ratio to be less than 8.00:1 where the LVR is greater than 80% and less than 90%.
  • Cash-out | >80% and <90% limited to 20% of security value | less than 80% unlimited with declaration of use.
