<p>In December we will begin the rollout of SceneFin’s Homepay Construction program for house and land lending across the country.</p>

<p>The time has come &amp; we’re super pumped to let the cat outta the bag that from the 1st of December 2025, lodging new applications with Scene Fin will be 100% online with deployment of our Simpology V2 platform.</p>



<p>What this means for Scene Brokers, the best damn mortgage lenders in the the business, is that you will have far more control of your submission eco-system in a full journey environment that will let us get your loans settled even faster.</p>



<p>New loan lodgement through existing LoanApp V1 will be decommissioned on the 28th November &amp; be reborn for new business on the 1st of December.</p>



<p>Any loans in the V1 system will be processed and settled as normal, in other words there is nothing you’ll need to do like relodge anything.</p>



<p>V2 will supercharge submissions by providing full reach across our loan products through our Vibe and Zoom programs in a secure, online environment.</p>



<p>In the coming days we will begin to issue new login credentials to you all so you will be able to easily switch over to the V2 architecture.</p>
