- ABN has been registered for greater than 4 years and
- Applicant(s) Veda score is equal to or greater than 700
- Lo Doc allows for minimum 12-month ABN registration with 2 years of similar industry experience.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
- Available for purchases, refinances (including cash out) of acceptable commercial securities.
- Minimum loan term is 3 years.
- If the loan discharges within first 3 years an exit fee applies of 3 months of interest payments.
- Maximum loan term of up to 30 years.
- Unlimited Cash out (within reason) available up to 80% with satisfactory fund purpose explanation.
- Maximum Single Borrow Exposure is $5,000,000.00.
- Other Financial Institution (OFI) statements are not required for loans not being refinanced.
- Actual repayments for OFI are included in servicing.
- Vacant land or construction is not acceptable.
- Repayment options include Principal & Interest or Interest Only for a of maximum 5 years
- Additional repayments are available without penalty up to $120,000 p.a.
